Eco-sustainability guides every aspect of our management, it is our way of being. We properly dispose of waste, we recycle, we make our own compost, we implement good practices for water and electricity saving, we get fresh, genuine and high quality food by local producers for the restaurant, we provide natural and biodegradable body cleansers in the rooms and we use environment-friendly cleaning products and recycled and/or biodegradable or compostable disposable material.

In 2011 we got the Gran Paradiso National Park Trademark of Quality, as a reward, that we still keep.
